About Us
Save Mount Walker.org has been organized by a group of concerned citizens living on and outside the Olympic Peninsula. There is no hidden agenda to our purpose, which is simply: to protect the mountain, its wildlife, and its surrounding areas from excessive thinning.

The economies of Quilcene and Brinnon hinge on tourist traffic. We are concerned that any logging activity on Mt. Walker will adversely affect our fragile economy and whatever little wildlife there is left.
